fuser error code C252

Hi Guys

Have got a call from my head office to call and have a look at a fuser error code c3451 problem on a konica c252
am picking up a replacement fuser unit on my way to the job is there a sequence to reset fuser error codes
on these machines i dont work on them (I do Ricoh kit) and am having to cover for there engineer who's away
on a holiday.

From service mode select system 1, initialisation then system error clear, press start, then power m/c off/on

Hello there!

Hold the Utility/counter buttom when booting the machine for a few seconds - then a error reset should be diplayed on the panel!

Trouble reset. Its a common fault that they allow the new machines to auto trouble rank b and c codes.

I'd be tempted to get customer to try that before you waste a trip

Thanks guys for your help replaced fuser old one was shot paper wrapped round rollers reset code worked .
