    [Misc] shade(skew) in scaning to smb on c652

    hello,
    I have encountered a problem that maybe someone can help me.I went on a c652 that when scaning for example to smb the result scan is coming out with with a scew and a shade at the top left margin(as you see it).but when make copies normally from radf this misallignment is not seen.attachment of the scan is here under.can somebody gives me a tip.

    I had once that on a different Bizhub,I made again the DADF adjustments and after was fine.
    Defects are simple, our mind is complicated

      Also there was a firmware update that helped. It did not eliminate it but did help.
      And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

        you did again the DADF?and whats this?can you explain?maybe the radf initial settings?

          Yes,the RADF,like in the instalation manual,adjust skew feed etc...
          Sorry for DADF thing,i work on many other brands and document feeders are named different.
