    C35 0warmup problem

    hi all,
    my clients C 350 dose not complete the warmup sequence it just show ready to copy.when the print is release the data shows in the job list but shows paper jam error but no paper inside. the machine is completly silent the engine dose not run. i have changed PWB MFP and PWB MC but the status of the machine is the same. any help and suggestions?

      Have you updated the firmware? Also try a sytem clear

          Get ready for the most useless post in history.

          I had this problem about 5 years ago, and fixed it. Be damned if i remember what it was though.

          So feel happy, there is a solution, I just dont remember it.

          If the engine is totally dead with a new mc board i would start by taking measurements from the power supply and see if its outputting the correct voltages.
