B554 face up printing

Hi, is there a way to get a B554 or any of the later Konica Minoltas to print face up from the printer driver, even if it has to duplex the print. The customer requires single pages to be printed and their software cannot be edited.

There is no setting for face up printing, unlike the 751 and similar series. They would have to duplex everything and add a blank page 1. Emujo

You might try setting the paper type to letterhead. That seems to process the paper twice as well.

I have tried this option as well, the paper feeds,then through the duplex, then prints and exits the machine, again the print face down.

Maybe the B554 is different, I tried it on an older C353 and a brand new C224e and with paper loaded in the tray face up, it exits the machine face up after going through the duplex path to flip it over.

You probably had paper loaded wrong. All the letterhead tray settings I've done always duplex and then print

Hi, you can manipulate the paper or letterhead in the tray to exit face up or face down, however the text printed onto the media would still print out face down. The machines print just before the page exits, and not when it is going to go into duplex.
