Are the lines crisp on the edges or blended?

Crisp lines might be laser. Fussy or blended edges might be developing, or drum ground. =^..^=

Edit: Hey! You included a sample. Definitely developing. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Looks like the bias/charge is being shorted out. For sure the drum is scored to the bare aluminium core.

          I'd say drum as well.
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

When you replace the drum and dev be sure to replace the transfer roller as well. It is what causes the wear on the drum. I have been using the transfer roller from the BH423 series. They have a wider spacer on them and they don't cause the wear as quickly.
              Hope this helps
