Bizhub C20, to bring back from the dead

I have more than a dozen c20's reaching over 300k prints on them 75% colour, all parts are changed when requested, even complete right side doors as users snap the locating lugs off the second transfer / registration section which causes errors in it self, I also change the black plastic guides below the transfer belts that get grooved and cause skew and of course the tray rollers etc.

Most of the machines can no longer duplex without jamming (even with complete brand new rhs door assy) and even on single sided mode jam occasionally in the transport section below the scanner. I'm not a c20 expert (fortunately) and have never ventured into that particular area. What could it be ?

To make matters more amusing, just one of the machines bills for colour printing was $8,000 but they still dont want to buy new machines (proper new full sized mfps have a copy cost 1/4 that of little old desktop boxes)

It doesn't make much sense, does it?
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Jamming on entrance to the fusing unit.
Cause: The entrance guide is damaged; one or more of the teeth are broken off the guide.
Solution: Replace the fusing unit (item#A06X015 for the magicolor 4650EN, item#A06X016 for the magicolor4690-95, and item#A06X016 for the C20).

      Switchback jam.

CAUSE: A jam at the switchback section may be detected under two conditions.
      • If the Switchback sensor (PS30) is not blocked by paper within a certain period of time after a switchback operation begins.
      • If the switchback sensor is unblocked when the main power swith is turned on, a door or cover is opened and closed, or a misfeed malfunction is reset.

SOLUTION: To clear the misfeed condition, use this procedure:
      1. Open the relevant cover.
      2. Clear the sheet of misfed paper.
      3. Check the PS30 (p/n 9335 1300 61) to make sure that it is not stuck and is in place.
      4. Close the cover.

Jamming at entrance to the fusing unit.

CAUSE: The fuser entrance guide was damaged when clearing a paper jam at the fusing section. One or more of the "teeth" are broken off the guide and paper catches at that area. (see attached photo)
      Damaged guide.JPG
      SOLUTION: Replace the fusing unit (p/n A06X 015 for magicolor 4650DN/EN/bizhub C20P and p/n A06X 016 for magicolor 4690MF/4695MF/bizhub C20).
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

Try lubricating the sync (registration) roller bushes, they are normally tight and need to be quite easy to spin, with a finger-tip, for the machine to duplex correctly.
Please do not PM me without asking first.
