    [Dead] km C500 sc23-05 after a sc23-09

    OK

Had a a transfer belt drive motor fail. Replaced it, now I get SC23-05 I can run the drum motors in 47 Mode. But in the operation mode the yellow and magenta motors start and then stop rotating any ideas would be welcomed.

    PROBABLE CAUSES:
    1. The hex screw in the center of the flywheel for the corresponding drum motor is loose.
Tighten the hex screws in the middle of the four drum drive (M14, M15, M16, and M17) flywheels.

    2. The PC drum cleaning blade flipped over and is causing excess friction against the PC drum.
Replace the PC drum cleaning blade (p/n 4969 1008 01).

Ok Checked. drums flywheels tight, no binds or flipped blades in drum modules. swapped out yellow drum drive assembly same results. Machine will come to ready after initial fault reset then error when printing or copying
