Hello We have mac users using the network biz hub c654. We are running into a situation where the Mac's cannot print only 8 1/2 x 11 paper. We have checked with Konica Minolta tech support. All the firmware is up to date and we have downloaded the latest drivers offered. Any idea how to solve this one?

Are your Mac users familiar with the option of selecting a different paper tray in the driver? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Most of the time I see this is due to the installer not adding the additional options through the "options and supplies" during the original config. Also be sure you have added an IP printer, LPD, and a queue name of "print".
