Bizhub 200 pulls from tray 1/2 when bypass is empty

I'm the IT guy at a small company looking for help!

Our Bizhub 200 prints to the bypass tray just fine when paper is loaded and the tray is selected in the computer print dialogue. But when the bypass is empty, it will revert to tray 1 or 2. Our printer was recently serviced for feed issues. Previously, it would ask for the correct paper if the bypass tray was empty, which is how our office would prefer it. Is there a setting that will correct this?

When you load paper in the bypass make sure you tell the copier what type the paper is, i'm guessing it's not plain as you'd use the cassettes. Once the copier knows it has say headed paper etc in the stack feed it won't feed from another tray when the tray runs empty.
