Hello, how do you turn off the hole punch option for a fs-504? New customer has a BH 601 with finisher without a hole punch, machine thinks hole punch is there! In service mode isolation for hole punch is set to "set"! Machine is functional but tired of the amber light and the message on the screen! Thanks

Service mode > Finisher > Options > ...

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

When I go to the finisher section in the service mode it is blank! Is this a plug and play device? shouldn't the finisher tell the machine how its set up? If I can remember, the only thing in the service mode ( finisher ) is registration settings!Comment

Most KM's are not plug and play. You might try printing the Management List, if you cannot display the options mode. It should be there. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:

There are 2 dipswitch settings that get changed. Sw 26:2/3=1 & Sw 28:3=0.Comment
