You have a consumable at its life stop settings. You must replace the item, or install the PPLM firmware to allow the MFP to continue. The print error could be related, but I would look at the job log to get more details like who sent the job, then delete it. Emujo

Try a simple copy off the glass, if this also fails then yes you have a consumable that is at life end.

Go into service mode & check the IU, fuser, transfer & ozone filter lifes & reset as necessary
