C352 registration issue...

hello
this machine can not be adjusted manually, registration is not good... technician cleaned registration roller, IDC, replaced transfer belt, and several times trying to adjust registration but max supported value is +6....

some ideas about it?

My guess is the copier cant see the pattern on the I.B because one or more I.U worn out or laser class covered in dirt. Print out solid c y m k test patterns and see witch one is playing up.

yes, i done that and all CMYK IU are working well,,, sheet is 100% covered without issues or scratches...
any more ideas?
