I have bizhub 751 only copy by bypass, tray 1,2,3,4 and ADF can not be used currently

First check and make sure the trays and ADF haven't been turned off in the service mode.

there is a one way clutch behind the bypass unit that has taken a crap.

Ok, That mean when I copy 500 sheet the machine only copy 150 sheet and stop, I must touch continue on panel to copy.

Does the paper get fed from the cassettes, and if so where does the paper stop. If it stops in the vertical unit it could be that the drum pawl solonoid wires have been shorted out on the bearing on the main shaft. Remove drum unit and check at rear of drum unit. If it has shorted you will need to replace print control board. (ICP blown)
