We updated firmware and scanner came up with download NG.It then threw code CC152 what gives?

Because of the earthquake/tsunami in Japan in 2011 the scanner board is different on some of this model. There is specific scanner firmware for this situation.
There is a serial# start point, but I don't know where it starts.

If it still don't work you can probably download an older firmware and just install only the scanner portion to get it back up and runner. This method has helped me before.Comment

Before upgrading firmware always check if you have that is to upgrade, meaning the software must be all be up to dated.Comment
