Hi all

operation query, been trying to get info out the rep but well you know how it is.

when scanning multi document's from glass how do you make it the one file instead of files for each page ??

it's usually "application" then "separate scan"...the rest is self explanatory on the screen

Or, he could be referring to "multi page"...with multi page enabled, your 10 page scan will be 1 10 page PDF, single page will give you 10 individual PDFs. Separate scan refers to scanning multiple stacks of documents (either with the ADF or platen) and "building" the job. When complete, you press finish and start, and you get the entire job as one scanned file. Emujo
