Here is an article in ENX Magazine that gives some background. ENX Magazine Business Profile . We have not sold them but while doing research, our purchaser said the profit margin on supplies was not good.Comment

From the pictures I found, they look a lot like Muratec/Samsung. So it's no surprise that it's coming from South Korea. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Sindoh is a company that makes machines for ricoh. They also sell their own range of machines being a 401,402, 403 and 707. The 400 series all look the same except that some do/don't have some features. The 707 is a big "midrange" machine. What I don't understand is that the copy volumes and toner/drum yields don't make sense if you look at the specs on their website. Also the quality of the machines is poor. We have had at least 2 that had faulty df sensors out the box and the parts are cheap Chinese made. Not the sort of machine that you would place where you had a ricoh before. If however you want to sign a low budget first time customer with the view of a future upgrade it could work. As long as the volumes are low.Press the GREEN button!!Comment

You'd do yourself a big favor to stay away.
