    [Dead] Biz Hub C352 hour glass on display...

    First, I'm looking for a good place to download a service manual for a Biz Hub C352.
    The machine turns on it shows an hour glass on the display then shuts down. No codes thrown? So can any one direct me where I can get a service manual and insight.

      Start with flashing it.
      Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

              Can't help you with a manual. But you need a Compact Flash card around 256MB, the firmware files and a software from the Konica Minolta tech site called Firmware Imaging Toolkit.

              If I were in your shoes I would call a authorized Konica Minolta tech on this one.
