[Dead] Bizhub 222 Dont Boot up

Hi all.
I have bizhub 222 with problem.
When you turn on the machine, the machine stops, will not turn on, freezes. The whole time the screen appears: Konica Minolta. I tried to upload the latest FW but it did not work.
I've read that the 222 is no such thing as NWRAM rec such as the C203 and so on.
Any advice?

Or DHCP was turnt on.. Will cause the machine to boot up forever, makes you think it's frozen.
