    [CQ] Bizhub 362 / NEC IT3640D - Toner / Developer ??? Toner smearing, not fusing.

    I took over some NEC IT-3640D machines and am new to them. I have 3 Machines doing the same thing. What am I missing???? I did Drum & Dev change when it asked for it. New drum unit (OEM), and new DV Bag (OEM). Running generic toner from ACM. Machine sare fine for 10k - 20k and then toner starts to smear off. You would think its bad DV, but this is too soon to be bad. Could it be Transfer roller? Do I need to replace DV unit? 1 machine has 118k, 1 has 131k, and 1 has 262k. Please help.

      your garbage toner has a different melting temperature than OEM. so when the pre-mix of toner from the bag runs through and it starts adding your garbage the problem begins

          Replace the drum and dv and dv unit and replace your toner with OEM at the same time.
