C6500 Black Display Panel

Cooling fans on only, DCPS1 and DCPS2, Firmware, OACB, IMPB, IMCB has been replace. Any suggestions?

PS the on/off LED on the display panel is on.

Problem fixed. The ICP1 on OB3 was blown, Once that was resolve the machine displayed and c-6101 which turned out ot be the PRCB, although the book said it could be the SCDB, or Scanner Motor or Home Position Sensor.

Several hours of troubleshooting finally paid off.

I had to replace the PRCB. All was well after.
