bizhub (C280) List Output "USB save"

The "List Output" section of the service menu (for Machine Management List, Adjustment List and Parameter List) has three output options: 1-sided print, 2-sided print, and "USB save". Selecting either of the print options outputs the print immediately, but selecting "USB save" does not seem to write to a USB stick in the service port. Unfortunately, the Service Manual does not address the USB output option at all. What is needed to make it work?

you dont need to put the stick in the service port, I use the port on the side near the panel all the time.

The stick does have to be formatted correctly to work, and I always insert it before going into service mode and wait for it to be recognised first. Thats what I do and it always works for me.

Thanks - I will give that a try.

It's a 4GB stick formatted FAT32. That should be good, correct?
