[CQ] Magicolor 4695MF - No cyan or yellow on copy/prints

Hi everyone

We have lifted a Konica Minolta Magicolor 4695MF to our workshop.

The problem we are having is there is no cyan or yellow on any of the prints or copies.

This isn't a machine we have worked on in the past and its a potential new customer, so we are trying to impress......

Would anyone have any ideas what could be causing it?

So far we have tried, checking and cleaning the lasers, drum contacts and a new transfer belt. Still have the issue.

Also, would anyone be able to supply me with the latest firmware for this model?

I have some magic color 5670's that will do that once in a while. Should be an option in the menue to calibrate colors. It works wonders. also default pass code to service should be all "0"

Also ensure the shutters are opening and the IU"s are getting toner.
