c454 not accepting new jobs

hi all
it's a konica minolta c454 after a few printed jobs it seems thats it's not accepting new jobs untel i reboot the machine , and i noticed that the previos printed jobs still active on job list even after successful print !
any ideas

Sounds like a firmware issue, have you tried updating to the latest version?
What version is it currently on?

it's version 3 i think ! but this mfp was working for 3 months now without any problem

Find out who's print jobs are causing it to hang. Go to that PC and delete the printer and remove the driver. Properly install and configure the correct driver and your issue will be solved. By the way firmware version would start with a "G" something like G20-72 !
