C353, Error: Service Call occurred. 45-52

A KM C353 is sending emails with the following.
Doesn't seem to be happening in any pattern.

Error: Service Call occurred. 45-52

Also...
Error: Service Call occurred. 25-58


Any idea what this could pertain to? Machine seems to be functioning fine.

4552 is a PH unit failure, more specifically LASER M FAILURE. You'll need a new printhead, these units are prone to failure(design defect). The other code is a high TCR on K IU(imaging Unit). Take out the K IU and toner first, and give them a good shaking. But be prepared to replace the K IU. Also the laser unit is not easy to get to if you're a green tech or end user. Very expensive and time consuming.

Thanks. I have it under a service contract but have had issues with getting "correct" diagnosis from them in the past. Your info will help me in dealing with them. I gave the units a shake but will call the tech.

Be careful one dealer only tried to upgrade the machine and quoted them R84 000 i fix it for R 2500 and made money. Is the machine on lease? C200 Y laser.
