Hello friends I have a machine bizhub c550 it is showing print stop when ever u try to send work on it how can I solve it because it is puzzling mi, thanks in advance

I had a C353 that acted the same way because the image units had reached 150% of life. With the firmware and proper settings that allow the machine to run components past 100% is great, but in my case it caused the print stop situation...once I replaced the image units that were at 150% the machine ran great again. The massage i was thinking of is "deleted due to error" not "print stop" sorry about that.

Might be barking up the wrong tree here but I think you may have no stop firmware installed and 1 or more consumable items are way past life. However, you need to check the IU life stop setting in enhanced security mode and set it to no stop.
