BizHub 223 printing

Just sold this machine. Only 3k clicks on meter!

Customer called and said when printing machine
locks up and they have to turn machine off then
back on. It will then start printing again. This
happened 3 times today.

Not sure if this matters but the wholesaler I buy
machines from wipes out the hard drives, etc so I
have to always install Movie data. I'm not even
sure this machine has the HDD installed. I was
thinking maybe a setting is wrong?
Any ideas appreciated.

1) Is the driver compatible with their pc OS, if not then try download drivers that are compatible and install.

2) If above doesn't work then load latest firmware, there should be a firmware that fixes this kind of fault.

3) This model prints well without HD, but try install one if there's non.

I had a diff model the other day lock up when printing from newer PDF's

other workstations with same config could print no problem

switched that one workstation to open PDF's with foxit instead of adobe?? and worked fine.

don't know if it's the same issue, but at least something else to look at
