I'd start by flashing the machine with the latest firmware

you need to be a service engineer and have access to KM service side of things.

          Hi,

Thanks. I have got IT knowledge and do most of Maintenance and replacement my service.

I had Basic knowledge early generation of Sharp repairs and it has helped. But if I have a step by step guide I should be able to do it.

          Where are you based.

          Thanks.

The F/W is not available to download for end user. You have to be a registered KM dealer to get access to technical site. However you can buy a service manual and firmware from 3rd party suppliers. Sorry.

              Hi Max,

Thanks I already bought the service manual but have not checked it yet or had time to read through.

If you know any 3rd party supplier I can get the firmware I will be glad to have it.

              Regards,

              Kingsley

memory module has been the culprit on more than 1 of these series.

                  Can agree with that.

Could be anything i suggest to redo all chips and connectors, i even had a bad connection and a control panel that would restart the machine every time you touch it.

Leave all the doors open and try to start it see if that does anything.
