    bizhub c224e network

    Hi.

Is there a way to reset the network card without entering the webbrowser or entering administration?
The machine is a little fucked up. He cant find an ip adress and whwn entering administration the network setting dows not show up.
The only error i get is "waiting for ARP-request"

This happend after i turned of the auto ip in network settings.

You just may need to give it more time but otherwise in service mode under initialization you can clear the network related portion.

Try updating the firmware & setting to function version 7 if not already.

                  Re: bizhub c224e network

I fixed the problem by putting a switch between the bizhub and the server.
The strange thing was that I could not communicate with the server even though I had set static IP with the correct subnet mask and Gateway.
