i have a problem on bz250 there is no tray lift in tray1 and the paper exits mc though the duplex entry (switchback) when single side copy is selected

I have had a problem with tray 1, where it jams or never leaves the tray. I found that after a while the metal plate that lifts the paper up starts to bend down for one (front) side. Try bending the front side of the plate up, that should fix the prob.
