Re: Konica Minolta Bizhub 352
No that would not help i checked the manual on this machine and the only thing i can think of is that the enhanced security features are turned on which would not allow you to use a password that has already been used or not in the format specified.
Things you can clear on the machine is All Data, HHD and NVRAM. Hope some one knows the right procedure to follow to get you out of your jam otherwize a MFPB change would probably do the trick.
Is the machine on DHCP?WhateverComment

What are you thinking, or what would a MFPB change do?

Re: Konica Minolta Bizhub 352
You know it but not by the abbreviation. Use a crossover cable from a pc or laptop set to the same range as the MFP to access the embedded web function. set the Pc/Laptop to Say 192.200.9.252 and then type the device ip into the web browser. See if the admin password works from there by login in.WhateverComment

Can I also go into service mode and reset the admin password with the browser?Comment

Re: Konica Minolta Bizhub 352
For giggles I'd try flashing it then try changing the admin password.Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

Re: Konica Minolta Bizhub 352
That would be to reload the firmware on the machine. You need a very specific compact flash card, cygwin software tool and appropriate firmware.
If you are not familiar with this then get a Konica Minolta tech to preform that or fix the issue.WhateverComment
