J-1051 on start up followed by C-3102 lock up error code

    [Error Code] J-1051 on start up followed by C-3102 lock up error code

    Bizhub Pro 6501. Getting start up error code J-1051 and 10 seconds later C-3102 (lock up screen). Checked and replaced:

    1. Swapped fusing units. Still the same errors.
    2. Checked I/O state of PS26 (Paper feed sensor /BP) 19-03 shows 001 (that there is paper in there). Made sure nothing is blocking sensor. Still 001. Replaced the sensor. It still shows 001.

    Any ideas or suggestions?

          Had asimilar problem and found a one-way gear is slipping in the fixing drive assembly.
          Try replacing the (3) fixing drive gears with the modified Fixing Drive Gear/M 22T and the fixing drive shaft.

              I changed the Conveyance Drive board yesterday and now all working fine again, I realised if I had the ADU pulled out it would come up with error 3919 I think saying fuser not in correctly.

                  I'm having the same problem did you solve your problem yet? I just change the fuser and no change.

                      Ok I change the conveyance board and now i'm back up and running.
