biz hub 282 screen stuck

I have a biz hub 282 and it will no go to ready, it just stays on the minolta screen, i have checke all the connections, un hooked the fax, re set the reset button on the main board, then i got to trouble reset and re set and cleared all info on all the prompts, still no results. is this the main board or epromm?

Have you tried uploading new firmware? If not, then youhave to download a new firmware and try upgrading. If this doesnt work then you may have a hardware fault.
