    Bizhub C754e crumpling paper through the ADF

    Hi,

    I have a peculiar issue with a bizhub c754e, basically what happens is if you try and use the document feeder to make a copy it will pull the paper through and crumple/wrinkle it, and the original comes out looking like a dogs dinner.

    Has anyone experienced this issue? the document feeder is standard equipment on these machines.

      You might remove any foreign objects like paper clips, staples, insects, etc. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          Jam code?
          Any pics of the original? Before and after.

          Any particular type of paper?

              Is the brush turning in the ADF ? Actually do both turn nicely?

                  I would be nice to know how far the paper get before it crashes. Jam code will give an indication of what sensor is involved which gives an idea of location.
