    konica minolta 7272

    Hi ,

    1 have a Konica Minolta 7272 and at display 'please wait for a while' and its not working. does anybody help me please .

      There are just too many things on that machine that can cause a "Please Wait" message. More info is required.
      What have you done so far?
      Do the fuser lamps cycle on and off?
      Does the finisher initialize?
      Do all trays lift into position?
      Have you cleared Memory and HDD?
      If left long enough does it eventually come up with an error code?

      Ok with absolutely no information here is my guess:
      1. Dirty sensors on toner control board or bad board.
      2. Bad interlock either front door, fuser latch, or ADU latch take your pick or check them all
      3. Scanner control board
      4. Bad memory
      5. Bad HDD
      6. And just for good measure everybody's favorite "Firmware".
      7. Time to upgrade.

          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                  PLEASE WAIT OPERATING message is continually displayed at power up.
                  Solution
                  CAUSE: Failed Scanner Driver Board Assembly.
                  SOLUTION: Replace the Scanner Driver Board Assembly (p/n 56AA-9091).
