    [Misc] Creo IC304 Plus BHC6501 FS503 Main Tray problem

    Hello,

    I have a problem with the print on the main tray when i select the main tray is printed on the subtray. I have only 1.0 software version.

    Config

    C6501 + FS503 + IC304 Plus


    I ask for any help

      think you need a Relay in there... RU503/504 for that to work like that...

          Methogod is right you need an RU between.

              Thanks for all.

              But. I not exactly the problem described, this configuration work correctly without RU.

              But we had a problem with the CREO (BSOD) and had to restore the image of the software.
              And from that moment the problem is. I think the problem may be with the software version.
              We do not have update for it and restored it to the oldest version 1.0.

                  you need the ru to use creo, you could get away with this if you had a fiery .
