[Dead] bizhub c6501 pro can not power up

Turn on main power and fans come on, the green I/O light is on, the display is blank.
Replaced the power supply (DCPS1) and the Over All Control Board (OACB)
Two other boards show red LED's i don't know what that means.

You may need to do a IROM recovery.

Can that be done if OS not working?
