C250 with error C4765

currently trying to repair a C250 which intermittantly prints barcoding and mismatching text. it will do it approximately 10 times in a run of 100 and they will be anywhere within the pile. the customer only uses the machine as a copier and its not connected to the network. ive updated the firmare to the latest version which hasnt had any effect apart from trigger intermittant C4765 codes. the manual states that the code is due to an extraction hardware timeout "the hardware involved with the extraction function offered by the mfp (pwb) does not respond".
does this mean it needs a new main control board?

Contact Konica tech support, they probably tell you NVRAM not good. Will need Konica problem ticket to get new NVRAM.

I have had this once, replacing the DIMM modules solved the problem.

I'd do what B0265 suggests 1st, then check the hard drive, if that does not work download the nvram recovery tool and give that a go.
