    Fiery system Software Help

    Hi, I have a Bizhub C451 with Fiery Server Name: X3eTY-EDFE.

    Fiery keeps restarting - might have corrupted with a tricky file maybe?

    Thing is I need to access the system software to reload the fiery - can anyone point me to where I can get it? I am happy to pay but not the prices they are asking on eBay.

    Can anyone help please?

          is heatsink on cpu cooler tight. clips on that unit are known to break. next most likely would be hdd failure, but with rebooting over and over would think its heat related. possibly bad ram but that's pretty rare.
