hi everyone i try to update movie data for bizhub c652 copier machine. i did first format usb fat32 and copy movie data in usb. but when i going to installation
copier display showing (file ng) file not good. i am not fix. i check tha manual firmware update producer but i am not fix i want know how can i copy movie data in usb root directory i am not under standing what is root directory how can i make plz help me

The ROOT means its not supposed to be in any directory.
say like "G:\a0p0an.tar" remember the .exe file is a self extracting zip file that needs to be executed to get the file first.

Yes as said above, & you use the USB port near the control panel not the one you use for FW.

The movie file has a .tar extension.
