    [Misc] Goodby

    After over 40 years clearing paper jams I am retireing and I just wanted to tell my fellow Techs how much I have appreciated the help they have been.
    Also I thank the organizers for this site for making this site available.

      first of all, congratulation for the longevity in this field! it's impressive!
      secondly, I don't think one can retire entirely from a job since you have lots and lots of spare parts stored in different places. and due to your long time activity in this field I am sure that you will continue to help others or even look at some machines as well.

                  Unless you develop amnesia, I'm sure that you can help lots of people here. Congratulations on your retirement. =^..^=
                  If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                  1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                  2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                  3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                  4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                  5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
