I assume he is using the import/export feature from the web interface. Pagescope data administrator is quick and easy to use if you cannot get it working via import/export

Check the Version on both if they are the same.
If is not just erase, change and save in the notes abbr.txt

Hi guys,

Im trying to import an address book from one Konica 501 to another Konica 501 and upon import i receive the following import error.

"File Format Error (symbols/characters that cannot be used are used in destinations/names, etc.)"

Is there anything that needs modified in this file?
