konica c221

Hi everybody, Please anyone can help me to get the service manual for konica C221? In fact it is displaying the error 8104. What can cause this? Thanks in advance.

Double check the model# and code...I've never heard of a C221 and the error you listed is not in the C224e or C220 SM. Emujo

check the movement of the scan carriage.

Its looks like the cheaper replacement for the C200. Have not seen one in this part of the world.
The 8xxx errors normally would be DF related. That LCD display makes it a really sucky machine.

Hi
The error code 8104 finished but now the printer does not finish to start it is displaying initializing and stay there.
i checked on the power supply board the 24v DC output is missing.is it possible to repair it?
Anyone can help me?
