hello every body!
I don't know but after upgrading firmware version it worked good with copy but I can't print till PC, I try to execute NVRAM RECOVERY it's OK but my BIZHUB C450 had a problem , I can print something but with copy : Gray patch returns in the center of copy image
what should I do?

After NVRAM recovery you need to go through all the setup steps, in order, to completion.
