Did you do any simulations, like a developer stir, or reset counts? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Are you using OEM toner? =^..^=

Are the internal f-12 prints also light? are you running original through adf or on glass

Check the transfer. The contacts on the door bend.
            And the developer gears break.
            Whatever

In addition to those door contacts, you indicated you changed the dv tank for being over 400k , if you have never changed the transfer roller, now is the time.

If you are using aftermarket toner, get rid of it. Since we switched back to OEM drums and toner we are getting up to and sometimes over 200% drum life. Service calls have gone way down and fusers are lasting quite a bit longer as well. The money we were saving on AM drums and toner was getting more than used up with service calls.
One of the main problems we had while using Densi toner on the BH350 series was low image density. It would be fine after a drum and dev change but get steadily lighter as the Densi toner got mixed in.
                Just my two cents.

Ok Brent, how about a little closure on this.

Not sure if I missed it but I never saw mention if this happens with prints from computer or internal. I just saw copies being mentioned. Sure its not just dirty optics in scanner. Also there is user setting of adf for light/dark copies.

Edit: just noticed fixthecopier asked if F12 prints are light but never got an answer to that.

I had a 200 once that got light everything, and ended up being the drum unit in my case. Only about 40k into life also.
