    C452 will not copy

Updated firmware. Formatted HDD. Updated movie firmware. Machine will not copy or print meter count or configuration page. Scanner moves but drive motors do not turn. Displays "stopped printing" under job list. Drive motors turn when in service mode when doing a stabilization. No codes displayed. Any idea's?

Sounds like one of the consumables has reached end of life. Press utility/counter and check consumable life.
If you know how you can go into service mode and allow the machine to operate after end of life has been reached.
    Hope this helps

          So what was it?
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

machines that have pplm mod when the units reach end of life they just quit printing. no warning message. if no stop is turned on they keep going. follow directions exactly.
