    Is that with the FS535?
The gene pool could use a little chlorine.

Yea I have a couple that jam, show J32 on the display but the operator can't find it. On arrival paper is stuck in-between relay rollers in the finisher, but very difficult for the user to see or clear. once cleared the machine runs fine but worryingly there is no jam logged in the jam count.

I have updated firmware, changed finisher control board all with no joy.... nothing known about it by Konica Minolta as yet..

Net time I get one im taking pictures, and printing off data sheets to send off to Konica Minolta.

if this is the jam in where the paper gets stuck in the finisher there is a modified shaft that is longer with a turning knob on the end.

                  I have enclosed the bulletins.

                    Re: c754 jam code 32

This sounds exactly like what I need to fix a few machines that are repeat offenders. Thanks for the info, guys!

Has anyone completed the install with the revised bulletin/parts?
