i saw many post on how to solve p 14 illustrating a firmware application but don't know how to how to go about the firmware to get it how to apply it and where to find it i will love a well explained post about it. will be very grateful if response comes from any one. many thanks

In short you need to be a trained tech, on this older series c451 you flash the firmware to the mfd by using a CF card & you need the software to do it!

Do you have the service manual? if so it's all explained in there.
