Solved the Pin had split in the drive gear see attached pic gear 15 pin k

The actual pin broke or the slot in the gear where the pin goes?

The actual pin. It the hollow type. Replaced with a solid one

also check the ejector unit. i had this two days ago. the claws come off and jam it uo
