    Bizhub 1200 / 1051 Error Code

I recently got a code C-2411 on the bizhub 1200/1051.

I am familar with this code on the C6500 but not on the b/w 1051 machine.

Does anyone know what this is for?

    Thank you in advance.

Its a TCR level error. If the problem occurred right after a service then plug the TCR sensor back in. Have you changed the developer recently? What is the meter reading on the machine? Have you change the toner agitator plates before?

The description for C2411 is that the TCR return voltage is more than 3 Volts or (153 steps).
Make sure the TCR sensor is not dirty or that the developer gears are ok, and that toner supply is normal.
    Whatever

Just finished running 240,000 copy job. So most probably a developer change is needed? Normally, on bizhub 1200 how many copies does the developer last? Thank you for your guidance.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
