Toner recycle pipe clogging up! Replace gears...even complete processing unit

Sounds like the motor (M2) may be the issue since you replace the processing unit. The only other things that would cause a backup in the pipe would be bad gears on the dev unit or toner recycler clutch (CL14) not firing. Do load checks 41-3 (M2 at LS357) to see if the motor turns smoothly. Also check 54-0 (CL14) fires properly. After that, you are more than likely looking at a faulty PRCB.Comment

I just unplug the clutch from day 1, so it just keeps running all of the time. I have seen a couple where the drum cover was missing. The pipe can unclip with handling giving the toner no where to go.
That drive is strong enough to break the auger.WhateverComment
